Happy New Years

from all of us at

Academy of Kempo

Lots of people use the New Year as a new start. When the clock strike twelve they start their new lives with their New Years Resolutions. Sad to say most people will not be successful at keeping their New Years Resolutions because they are not goal-oriented.

For the few that are successful in achieving their New Years Resolutions, they have really changed their lives. They have become a goal-oriented person. Congratulations in your successes. For the rest, well, there’s always next year.

If you are not used to setting goals, the first and most important resolution you should make is to become a goal-oriented person. When you achieve that you will be amazed at the transformation it has on your life.

If you are goal-oriented then you already have goals in place, and are working towards achieving them. Some goal-oriented people will still set new goals as a tradition on New Year Eve and other will not set any, because they believe that if one wants to change something in their lives or achieve something for themselves they don’t have to wait for a specific day to do so.
